Shipping

We aim to provide a full range of colour options when purchasing products from us, some colour options we will have in stock, and others we will make especially for you when you order.

All orders are sent via signature required tracked courier, we will provide you with tracking information via email. This is over-night delivery for working days, it does not incude saturday delivery, and rural delivery may be 2-4 working days.

In-stock orders will be shipped the next working day after receipt of payment.

Out of stock orders will be shipped within a maximum of 10 working days of the order being placed. If you wish to order an item that is marked out of stock but need it sooner, send us an email to charis@beadnz.com and we will let you know exactly when it will be available.

Returns

We know that when shopping on the internet sometimes things aren’t exactly what you imagined, so if you are not happy with your product, we will exchange it for you. For an exchange to be accepted, we require that you contact us within 2 working day of your product arriving, and post the product back to us in its original packaging within 7 working days.

We reserve the right to access whether to repair or replace any item that is returned due to damage or a fault.

We will only issue a refund for damaged or defective goods unless otherwise agreed between you, the customer, and BeadNZ.

If you are going to be making a return you must contact us within 2 working days of receiving you goods, and post you goods within 7 days of receiving your order. Deductions for postage will be made.
We do not take any responsibility for items that are not delivered and request that you contact your local Post Shop directly.

For all returns/exchanges you must fill out a Merchandise Return Application (RMA).

We reserve the right to reject an order if we suspect that a customer is taking advantage of our returns policy.

 Repairs

If your product requires repairing, you may return it to us at your own expense. We will asses whether the damage is 'reasonable wear and tear' or because of faulty goods. All faulty goods will be repaired free of charge, other repairs will be charged to you, including return postage.
